General Shipping

All shipments within the contiguous USA (lower 48 states) are free or one might say “shipping is included in our advertised price”.  In general, you can expect the following order fulfillment and shipping schedule along with appropriate email correspondence to keep you posted all the way through the process to order delivery when conducting business with our company based upon order status:

  1. Order Has Been Received & Is Being Processed                              
    • Duration: Immediate
    • We are reviewing the details of your order in preparation for order processing & shippment.
  2. Order Has Processed & Is Awaiting Freight Pickup & Transport    
    • Typical Duration: 1-2 Business Days.
    • We have reviewed your order details, confirmed payment receipt, scheduled freight pickup of your order, and have made the other necessary accomodations to fulfill your order.  We are now waiting for the freight company to pickup your order. 
  3. Order Has Shipped
    • Typical Duration: 1-2 Business Days
    • Upon receipt of this "Order Has Shipped" order status update, you know your order is on the road or in the air.  Use the tracking number & carrier information we provided to receive up to the minute details of the order’s location and ETA (Estimated-Time-Of-Arrival).
      • Freight carrier tracking information will only be available after an item has been shipped. Please do not contact us for tracking information as we will be emailing this to you no sooner than 72 hours after an order has been placed unless expedited accommodations have been made. We will try to keep you as up to date as possible on your order.
    • In-stock orders processed with us will leave the warehouse within a total of two to four total business days from the first business day following the date of your order....depending on the product ordered.  Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, an order will take up to seven total business days to ship from the warehouse.  
    • Keep in mind, although your item may have shipped out immediately or on schedule, it may take longer than that to receive your tracking number.  Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email as soon as that information becomes available to us. 
    • The carriers' tracking number statuses can take 24-48 hours to be properly revealed on their websites.
  4. Estimated Freight Carrier Transit Time
    • Typical Duration: 4-6 Business Days
    • The shipment time with the freight carrier, though highly variable and outside our direct control, can be assumed at four to six business days...depending on the product ordered and your location.  Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, an order will take up to seven business days to reach your location from the warehouse while in the possession of the freight carrier.   
    • Generally we will ship all orders via Fedex, UPS, Estes-Express, RL Carriers, YRC Freight or other freight companies depending on the weight of the product.  We reserve the right to use any carrier.

Shipping Concerns

We respectfully request our customers be reasonable in bringing any and all concerns about delivery of their product to their location in advance of shipment to prevent concern, frustration, delay, and additional costs deemed the responsibility of the customer.  

  • Additional freight charges assessed to us by the freight company due to shipping specific locality circumstances that do not allow for standard semi-truck (18-wheeler) access to the customer's location not announced by the purchasing customer at the time of order placement/transaction and while the item is in transit will be passed onto the customer.  

  • Freight charges deemed excessive by us regarding freight deliveries due to adverse delivery conditions in a locale realized by us (and/or by customer announcement to us during order placement) prior to shipment, will be brought to the attention of the purchasing customer prior to shipment at which time the customer will be given the option to bare the additional freight charges to complete the transaction or receive  a refund in full.  Examples of situations that may cause a post transaction increase in freight cost to your order may include, but are not limited to: 

  • Bridge laws & height restriction

  • Access restrictions

  • Road (width or weight) restrictions

  • Island deliveries

  • Deliveries requiring ferry/plane/train/courier transport

  • Other road restrictions

International Shipping (Applies To Orders Requests To Foreign Countries, Territories, Hawaii, & Alaska)

We offer international shipping at this time on a case by case basis outside of our "free shipping" declaration.  We work with several international customers to meet their equipment and shipping needs.
